HOBA HOLLY SLICER TYPE HSV-TWIN (HINGE CUT)
Fully automatic Bun Slicer with disc for hinge slicing of buns and rolls. It is possible to slice from the side or the top. Can be used as a stand alone machine or integrated into an automatic system. Easily adjustable slicing parameters and simple to clean. It includes a top belt for slicing separate products and a bottom and top conveyer belt adjustable in speed with frequency control. It has a special middle guiding, easy to take out, so then you can run a butterfly cut.
COUNTING SYSTEM
The 2 lanes system has pneumatic stopper to keep the product together. The lanes are controlled with photocell control and the speed to the belt is adjustable with a inverter. The stopper is easy to move, so it is easy to change to another product.

Fully automatic Pillow Pack machine to wrap the products in a centre-folded film seald on 3 sites. Can be used with a bunslicer HSC or HSC-BL. Depending on the customer request organizing and counting of the buns before feeded to the packaging machine can be developed.

CUTTING TABLET FT 250/700
The cutting tablet is used for the cutting of dough sheets into rectangular, triangular, round and oval dough pieces. The conveyor belt is cut-resistant and in food-approved FDA + BGA-quality. It has a scrap dough bin with belt scaper and the baking tray deposition is extensible on the operating side.


CONTINUOUS SUBMERGED DEEP FRYER DLA 600SC-2
The deep fryer is used for conveyor with entrance belt to place products before the continuous fryer. It has a hydraulic lifting unit for transport conveyor and heating elements. Each heating unit has a separate safety thermostat.
TRANSPORT CONVEYOR FOR SUBMERGED FRYING
The frying goods are collected by the conveyor belts in the infeed area, pressed under the surface of the hot oil and continuously transported through the device. In the outfeed area, the frying good is transported from the lower conveyor belt over the rim of the oil pan and slides over the runoff plate into the provided collection container.
