The deck oven INFRA makes the live of artisan bakers easier. Each deck is a free agent, a self-contained oven with its own IQ TOUCH controller. This means that with 5 decks, you can bake up to 5 different types of baked goods in one oven at the same time. The separate adjustend of upper heat, lower heat and high-performance steam box allows you to tailor your program sequences precisely to suit the requirements of the respective bakery product and achieve the best possible baking quality.

The outstanding baking results achieved in the INFRA are also primarily due to its special ceramic flat heating elements and 15 mm thick stone plates. The particularly gentle, sustainable heat transfer ensures exceptionally consistent and reproducible results. The high-performance steam generators, which are fitted as standard, are separated from the baking chamber and are heated independently. This guarantees a brilliant crust on every batch of baked goods – with no loss of temperature in the deck.

Bread is produced via the natural heat transfer of the firebrick. This baking principle, which is sleeped in tradition, is applied once again in the INFRA STONE: back to the good old bread, but using today’s state-of-the-art technology. In the INFRA STONE, products are baked on high-quality stone plates in a specially shaped baking chamber with genuine fireclay lining. The high heat storage capacity of the original firebrick makes it possible to bake slowly and gently without reheating. This gives bakers a typical rustic-style bread with an all-round uniform, sturdy crust, which retains both succulence and flavour.

The WACHTEL INFRA can be combined with a automation system, in this case with the SEMILIFT loader. It is a manual loading aid fixed to the ground or bakery oven. It loads and unlods double or triple-width ovens and has a manual conveyor movement.

HOBA SLICER HSA 2

This model has long life band blades and is constructed for combination with any type of fully automatic packing line. At standard the slice thickness is not adjustable, but each slice thickness from 9 mm is deliverable. It has a capacity till 60 sliced loaves per minute. The special hardened drums and blade guied cut uniform slice thickness, the band blades are easy to change. On the exit is a synchronisation to transport the loaf one by on to the infeed of the bagloader, we will take the cassette out and build this in the existing bagloader.

HOLLY BAG LOADER TYPE HBS

The model HBS comes with a four-pusher system and can be connected with the Holly Slicer and Holly Packing Line. It is developed to pack various unsliced and sliced bread, as well as buns and rolls. The Holly Bag Loader is available in left- or right-hand version. A photocell controls for the last bag and whether the bag is opened or not. The bag table height is regulated automatically by a motor drive.

HOBA HOLLY PACKAGING LINE TYPE HTA-KL

This model is a continuous working conveyor, also suitable for combination with a bag loader or flow pack machine. The products are transported with pushers on a plastic plate. It is built solidly and easy to operate with practically no maintenance. It can pack up to 60 bags per minute and is available in left- or right-handed version as well inclined.

This machine includes automatic battering and breading unit, veriable speed control, automatic bread crumb feed, automatic liquid feed, bread clumb blower, infeed unit with vibration in order to shake off excess bread crumbs and lane multiply for DLA 600-3.

PRACTIC-350 AUTOMATIC BATTER -BREADING MACHINE

This machine is used for automatic battering and breading and can produce up to 12.000 pieces per hour. It has automatic bread feed, an inverter for discharging bread and a blower for excess liquid. It is fully dismantable for easy cleaning and is build in stainless steel with non-toxic plastics.

INFEED UNIT WITH VIBRATION IN ORDER TO SHAKE OFF EXCESS CRUMBS

The vibrating transfer station takes over products from the cutting line and transfer to the continuous fryer.

LANE MULTIPLIER FOR DLA 600 WITH TOUCH PANEL FRO CONNECTION TO AN UPSTREAM BELT AND FRYER

The conveyor belt is a plastic belt and the multiplier is controlled by the WP Riehle continuous fryer’s touch panel. It has forward and sideway speed and therefore forward and sideway paths.

The products exit in a single row from the upstream belt and are detected by a light sensor. The indexing belt stops, and the products fall onto the lane multiplier. Then the lane multiplier moves laterally and forwards unit the next product is detected by the sensor. The laterally and forward movement can be stored for each product in the WP-Riehle continuous fryer touch Panel.

It is used for direct dispensing of the products into the fryer and has a integrated hydraulic lifting unit for transport system and heating elements. There is a separate electrical cabinet. The fryer is controlled by a touch panel and has a premium heating system for constant temperature. It has adjustable feet for uneven floors.

The oil/fat is filtered contionuously throughout the entire production process. The filter element is automatically cleaned and discharges solids automatically from the oil/fat flow.

200 LITRE REFILL TANK WITH AUTOMATIC OIL LEVEL CONTROL FOR THE CONTINUOUS FRYER

Through a feed flap, the block fat/oil is pushed into the heated refill tank. There it melts. With the fluid level sensor, the level of the meldet fat or oil in the continuous fryer is measured and monitored. If the level is too low, the sensor sends a signal to the refilli tank to the continuous fryer and is automatically refilled with heated new fat/oil. This is controlled by the continuous fryer’s touch panel.

WP-RIEHLE PRE-DUSTER

This machine is designed to does wheat or rice flour, paprica, glass sugar, etc. to cover different products. The pre-duster is manufactured in stainless steel with peeled finish and comes with a serial belt 250 mm wide. The height is adjustable and the belts can be lifted manually for easy cleaning. It has a stainless steel conveyor belt and the speed is adjustable by frequency inverter. It is a continuous fluting system, with product curtain adjustable in intensity.
