OUTDOOR SILO

Outdoor silos assure a topical and hygienic storage of raw materials. They are available up to three cell systems. The silos can be build with aluminium or stainless steel and can be isolated or not isolated. Up to 100 tons of raw material can be stored in an outdoor silo. For easy use there are lockable doors, a safety ladder, roof railing, vibration filter, full level indicator, overfilling protection, content weighing device, inside filling tube and a fluidizing bed system or vibration discharge system.

INDOOR SILO

Indoor silos are massive constructed (no rivets, only screws). This type of silo is equipped with an area filter system, a full level indicator, outside stiffening´s, inside cross breams, a massive silo bottom and a big manole. It consists of food safe aluminium and has a capacity of up to 40 tons.                                                                                    

FULLY AUTOMATIC INGREDIENT DISPENSER

For automatically, recipe controlled, highly accurate dosing and weighing of small and medium sized components. The already dosed components are transported by a conveyor-belt to a collecting container. From this container the components are discharged by rotary valve into a transport-pipe and pneumatically transport to the target container. The stainless steel containers have a capacity of up to 3000 liters and must be filled manually by a bag-filling station or big bags.

WEIGHING HOPPER WITH SPECIAL FILTER

The stainless steel weighing hopper has a capacity of up to 500 kg. The hopper diameter depends on the capacity and fixing. The discharge works manually or pneumatical via a rotary shutter valve and there are 1 or 2 jet filters. Weighing hoppers are especially suitable for powdered, coarse meal and grainy raw materials. It has a highly accurate weighing performance.

INDUSTRIAL RECIPE MANAGER

Recipe controls are responsible for the formulation of the products and their high-class-optimized processes. The easy user interface, high stability and adaptable functions are major requirements. The open control communication integrates itself seamlessly into your company-wide automation plan to allow the operation with every PLC-Brand within the plant. On top, the recipe manager consists of an additional table scale which is connected to your touchscreen computer. It controls peripheral device. It is equipped with an interface to the office and with a remote-control function.

FULLY AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE

For one or multistep natural sourdough

The stainless steel production line has a capacity of up to 1500 liter. There are 3 special stirring devices with a fully automatic cleaning program, inside light for general cleaning and a temperatur control by sensor. It can be filled automatically by two-way valve and has measuring cells for accurate weighing of all inputs and discharges. The discharge is recipe-controlled.

For industrial bread-cream (re-work)

The production tank (heated and chilled) has a capacity of up to 10000 liter. The re-work production line for bread cream (rest dough/product) stands for extreme robustness and excellent consistency. It has a cutting tool with opposite running, the discharge is pressured air or pump.
