FRAME SLICER (RECIPROCATING)

Fully automatic frame slicer for many types of bread. The trusted principle of vertical moving knives ensures years of professional work in the bakery. This method makes it ideal for products such as rye, fruit bread or different types of cake. It is effective enough for semi-automatic use, but also easy to connect with every type of packaging machine. It is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance with the possibility to open the whole backside of the slicer.

These machines are the best option for slicing free standing artisan bread with a very strong crust. Frame slicers are equip with speed control with inverter and infeed belts. The slicer can be synchronized to a fully automatic line. The output lays between 2000 – 2500 sliced loaves per hour (depending on product). With an additional slicing frame different slicing thickness is possible.

BAND SLICER

The Band Slicer can be used for different types of bread in a semi or fully automatic line. This bread slicer is manufactured for an company assured approach in the bakery. To give the highest quality it has continuously rotating blades, angled to pull the loaves through the blade.

The hardened steel blade ensures uniform slicing thickness. A wide range of different slice thicknesses are possible. Generously proportioned doors and covers give good access for cleaning and maintenance as well as quick change of the band blades. Band Slicers are built for heavy duty (up to 3600 loaves per hour).

BAG LOADER

The Bag Loader is a fully automatic packing machine for loading sliced or unsliced bread and buns automatically into pre made wicket bags. The machine has been developed to high quality engineering standards. The Bag Loader can be adapted with optional features. Any slicer is simple to connect to the bagger by using our synchronization system with flights which brings the product one by one to the packaging machine. The Bag Loader can be connected with any type of closing machine, including: Clip-Band, Kwik Lok, Twist Tie and Tape Seal.

Generously proportioned doors and covers gives both good access for cleaning and maintenance. Any closing system can be integrated with the Bag Loader. The output is 3600 pieces per hour depending on the operator. The packing speed can be continuously adjusted.

SLICING OF BUNS & ROLLS (FULLY AUTOMATIC INCLUDING PACKING)

BUN SLICER

The full cut bun slicer is a fully automatic bun slicer for baguette, hamburger buns, cakes and rolls. This bun slicer is developed to slice the buns and rolls with a band-blade totally through in two or three layers. The machine is completely constructed to the client requirements from a basic design and many variations. The hourly output goes up to 5000 buns per hour.

The fully automatic bun slicer (full cut (98%)/ half cut/ top cut) has a disc for hinge slicing of buns and rolls. It is possible to slice from the side or the top. The slice depth and height can be individually adjusted with easy settings because of the position scales. The hourly output goes up to 8000 buns per hour.

PILLOW BAGGER

The Pillow Bagger wraps the products in a centre folded film sealed on three sides. It can be used with semi-automatic or build in a fully automatic line. We recommend to equip the Pillow bagger with an Pusher to press most of the air out of the packaging. As well with a double sealing bar without pneumatic cutting knife to seal after each row of buns to create chain bags. The hourly output is 3600 pieces (depending on product and operator).

HORIZONTAL FLOW WRAPPER

The fully automatic Flow Wrapper packs various sliced/unsliced types of bread, small buns or other food products. It can be used for single-close or multiple packages. The Flow Wrapper is extremely sturdy and suited to operating on automatic systems as it can handle multi-axis loaders. This machine stands out for its special cantabile longitudinal sealing units enabling high speed film sealing also when gas resistant seals are required.

An electronic horizontal Pillow Pack Wrapper is very versatile, reliable and flexible in the format-change. The Cantilever frame and easy accessibility make the cleaning and maintenance simple. The principle for the machine is standard, but the version can be adapted with the optional features. The Flow Wrapper can be connected with any type of closing machine, including: Clip Band, Kwik Lok, Twist Tie and Tape seal. The machine output per minute is 30 – 60 Packages. The performance statistics of the packaging machine depends on the specifications of the different type of product and the operator.

WRAP PACKER FOR FLAT BREAD (PITA)

Fully automatic packing machine for loading unsliced pita, tortilla or “naan” bread automatically into pre made wicket bags. The machine has been developed to high quality engineering standards. The principle for the machine is standard, but the version can be adapted with optional features. The wrapper can be connected with any type of closing machine to suit the customers particular Request, including: Clip Band, Kwik Lok, Twist Tie and Tape seal. Generously proportioned doors and covers give good access for cleaning and maintenance. Hourly output lays up to 1500 loaves depending on the operator. In addition, we are able to add a stacker in front of the Wrap Packer. The line can be stand alone or fully automatic.

SLICING OF CAKES & PASTRY PRODUCTS (INCLUDING PACKING)

ULTRA SONIC

Ultra Sonic is a cutting edge technology of cutting on smallest space. It cuts round cakes, pies in baking trays and products outside of baking sheets. By the use of a with high frequency oscillating titanium blade, best results can be achieved. By the ultrasonic vibrations, the adhesion of product residues on the blade is reduced. Due to the high frequency, the blade is self-cleaning during the cutting process and a less number of residues sticks on the Blade. For an optimizing of the cleaning, the cutting machine is equipped with an automatic blade cleaning station. The movements of the ultrasonic blade takes place by a 4-axis drive system with precise and fast servo drives. The ultrasonic blade moves very flexible and therefore it can be used for a variety of cutting assignments. The unique graphical interface makes programming a snap. The administration of the desired parameters takes place user-friendly with a touchscreen Display.

HORIZONTAL CUTTING

The horizontal cutting machine with five KR special blade system is used for cutting cake and pastry in six layers per throughput of product. The machine is manufactured exclusively from food graded materials possible. The products are put on the front side of the machine and come out in cut form at the rear side of the machine. The machine gets as well equipped with fully automatic blade height adjustment via TFT tough display. The biggest advantage is the wave-textured upper conveyor belt which levels out uneven products during slicing in an optimum way.

VERTICAL CUTTING

The vertical cutting system for trays allows to adjust the size of the piece individually. It is suitable for different sizes of trays and the cutting process takes place in two successively arranged cutting areas. The cutting system is equipped with an automated pressurised water cleaning system.

The vertical cutting system for round and angular products delivers highest quality standards. The numerous programme options enable the individual configuration for maximal productivity and perfect results.
State-of –the-art driving elements confer high precision and dynamics on the machines. The overhead cutter driving system, i.e. all driving elements for the cutter drive as well as for the Knife stroke are arranged above the cutting area. Also the control box is above the cutting area. By means of this construction the machine meets the hygiene requirements. The machine control recognizes automatically the corresponding variant (Round or linear). The change of the number of pieces (round) as well as the size of the piece (angular) is exclusively effected by the machine control, no mechanical re-engineering work is necessary.

WATER JET CUTTING

Potable water at more than 3000 bar passes through a nozzle of Diameter between 0.1 and 0.2 mm. Given that it is a jet, cuts can be straight or curved. The resulting jet cleanly cuts the product, both fresh and frozen, respecting the cold chain. The remaining Water path is lower than cutting with a wet knife. The machines work with a water pump that includes a hydraulic pressure intensifier. The main difference iss that an abrasive is required to cut such materials. To avoid the bottom layer getting wet, the tray is made by sharpened blades that hold the product and send the water to the drain. The software Watercut Creator includes the most common standard regular (rectangles, circles, flags…) and assembled shapes (hearts, trees, bells…). The product variety that can be cut is bigger than any other cutting technology. Waterjet cutting is suitable to cut products at -20 °C.

AUTOMATIC CARTON PACKER WITH PICK & PLACE HEAD

Automation for cases forming through the closing of the four lower laps so that the cases are ready for vertical filling by means of an Incorporated Pick & Place device. The forming device consists of a structure made of metallic tubes and painted panels with adjustable bases and supporting unit. Lower lap closing is done with adhesive tape or glue. The carton magazine has a capacity of about 100 cartons and it is equipped with an automatic feeding system. Adjustments for format change are carried out by means of handwheels. Cartons are opened by means of a pick-up head with suckers operated by a vacuum pump. Lap closing is done pneumatically. All the pneumatic material the machine is equipped with, complies with ISO rules whereas its electric control board complies with EC norms. The product arrives from the packaging machine through a feeding conveyor-belt which subjects it to a dimensional control. Another conveyor separates the products to make the correct quantity be fed to form a layer. Product feeding is also managed by a compacting cylinder and a by-pass unit to allow manual operations. The carton to be filled comes from the forming device on which some adjustable pneumatic stops and some photoelectric cells are mounted for carton presence detection and control. A centring funnel, with vertical movement, and fitted to ease the filling process, enters into the carton. The two-axle manipulator, driven by electric motors and controlled by PLC, collects the layers previously prepared to transfer them inside the carton and up to the present deposit level. The product is collected by means of vacuum suckers or, alternatively, pneumatic pliers.
